The Goods List Menu

Create new good

The Good list is basically a redeem store system. Players can redeem your goods with their points, badges or custom points within a period of time or goods can be redeemed forever.

Let’s take a look on how we can create a simple redeem system:

Good

1. In the goods list menu, click on the insert button at the top right button

2. In the general tab, fill in the name and description so that players are able to identify what they are actually redeeming. The start date and end date is the period when players are able to redeem, if the two fields are left blank then it is considered unlimited

3. Next in the Data tab, here you can insert the display image of this particular item that can be redeemed by the player. The Quantity field is the number of available goods for players to redeem and the Per User is the number of redeems that a player can redeem for this particular goods. If both fields are left blank, then it is considered unlimited number.

4. On to the Redeem tab, here is where you can choose what the player can redeem with. Initially if you have not created any badges or custom points you will not see the Badge button and the Custom points button in your screen. Here in this example we have Badges created and Custom Points created therefore the two buttons are available. To set players that they can redeem with points, click on the Point button and type in the number of points that they have to redeem in order to receive the goods from you.

Goods Group

1. In the goods list menu, click on the import button at the top right button

2. Prepare CSV file to import. The first column is goods name and the second is coupon code

3. In the general tab, fill in the name and description so that players are able to identify what they are actually redeeming.The csv file to import is the file that prepare in previous step. The start date and end date is the period when players are able to redeem, if the two fields are left blank then it is considered unlimited. The day to expire coupon is the days to expire coupon after player receive it.

4. Next in the Data tab, here you can insert the display image of this particular item that can be redeemed by the player. the Per User is the number of redeems that a player can redeem for this particular goods. If it is left blank, then it is considered unlimited number.

5. On to the Redeem tab, here is where you can choose what the player can redeem with.
